Beautiful orange colour initially, and then tinges with a bit of air. Smells like fruit rolls or uncle tobys apricot rollups a bit. Gingerbread, spice and flowers on the nose.
Sauvignon blanc from a 3ha parcel in Verdigny. The vines are 30 years old on average, grown on clay and limestone. 30% botryitis. Aged in tank for two years and then in old barrels for a further 12 months.
