    2020 Anders Frederik Steen New Peach On The Block

    40 % Syrah 30% Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache Noir and Cinsault  
    An assemblage of the five varieties. All were handled the same way, direct press to fibre glass tank for a very fast, short fermentation. This was characteristic of the vintage. Harvest finished on 7th September and the rose was bottled on 30th October. The wines was never racked as they simply didn’t have time. 
    Anders notes "Peach is back - but not in the usual Peachy-style - this 2020 Peach is in flavors a very expressive rosé with perfumes similar to roses, other warm summer flowers and with a very charming fruity side."
