2020 La Chausee Rouge
40% Cabernet Franc, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 20% Grolleau.
Light to medium in colour. Rose red with purple tinge.
Red fruits, berries, violets and little underlying savoury notes of bay and juniper. Very pleasing to smell.
Clean in the mouth, medium in weight. Beautiful flavours of plums, berries, cherries and a touch of liquorice. Fresh and juicy, with decent mid palate. Purple berries, a little cassis, and great length. Medium acidity.
Very easy going and the perfect summer red. Serve chilled.
2021 Commune Of Buttons Day For Night
Parcels of Syrah and Nero d’Avola grapes. The Day for Night is a ripe rosé with bright rosehip, peach and savoury notes. The fermentation and aging in foudres has provided a textural mouthfeel and complexity while the Nero d’Avola component lingers with zippy acidity.
2021 Das Juice Maceration
This skin contact wine is a blend of Arneis, Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling.
It’s juicy and fresh with a light green pepper flavour.
